Italian truffles are among the finest in the world, and the region of Piedmont is well known for producing exquisite truffles which skilled hunters can locate and harvest.

Guests are invited to come along on a truffle experience like no other in London, made with special italian recipes based on the exquisite original and certified Truffle of Monferrato - Piedmont - Italy.

​

However, it has to be said that our truffles from Italy aren't available always and at all costs: we only source certified truffles when they come available from nature, and strictly, very strictly, from Piedmont in Italy.

Tuber Magnatum Pico

This is the appellation of the world's finest white truffle, from Piedmont.

​

This truffle is usually harvested in Italy from October to December.

​

Tartufo Nero Uncinato

Tuber Uncinatum Chatin

 

The Tartufo Nero Uncinato takes its name from the typical big warted hook shaped skin.

 

The brown colour is typically joined at full maturation, the scent is embracing and the flavour is very intense and standing out in all recipes. 

 

This truffle is usually harvested in Italy from October to December.

Tartufo Nero Pregiato

Tuber Melanosporum

​

It's one of the most expensiv edible truffle in the world, after the white truffle.

​

This truffle is usually harvested in Italy from end of December to March.

​

Our Restaurant provides only certified black truffles from Italy - Piedmont, when nature provides.
